Iniciou sua carreira em 1991, interpretando clássicos da MPB, Jazz, Bossa Nova, Pop, Rock e Samba. Em 1993 destaca-se na rádio CX44 em Montevidéu no Uruguai, que exibiu durante seis meses três clássicos da MPB regravados em versão acústica (Madalena – Ivan Lins, Minha história – Chico Buarque, Pode vir quente – Erasmo Carlos), alcançando assim reconhecimento no exterior.&lt;br /&gt;Foi integrante da Comissão Julgadora do Festival Nacional de Música dos Correios, na fase estadual em setembro 2001. Sempre disposta a participar de projetos sociais, fez diversas apresentações em centros comunitários de Porto Alegre, organizados pela FESC. Fez show no V Fórum Social Mundial, realizado no Anfiteatro Pôr do Sol em 2005. No ano de 2006, criou e produziu o projeto “Reforma da Casa”, realizado no Teatro do SESC em Porto Alegre, onde toda a renda foi revertida para reestruturar a instituição Retiro dos Artistas, o espetáculo contou com a participação de vários artistas renomados como: Serginho Moah (Papas da Língua), Gelson Oliveira, Paulo Dionísio (Produto Nacional), Jean Melgar, Patricia Mello, Rosa Franco e Nanci Araújo.&lt;br /&gt;Participou do III Festival Canta Rio Grande em 1996, realizado no auditório da Assembleia Legislativa, organizado e produzido pelo SESI, em comemoração de 50 anos da entidade. Ilse Lampert defendeu a música “Raça húmus”, do compositor Josué Krugui, levando o prêmio de música mais popular e sendo incluída em uma das faixas do CD do festival. No ano 2009 participa do XVII Festival de Música de Porto Alegre, organizado e produzido pela Prefeitura Municipal, no Teatro de Câmara Túlio Piva, defendeu a música “Eu”, de autoria de Jean Melgar, que está incluída em uma das faixas do CD. Veja como prepará-la:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Geléia de morango com pimenta&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;100 gr de morangos frescos&lt;br /&gt;2 unidades de pimenta dedo de moça sem semente&lt;br /&gt;80 gr açúcar (4 colheres de sopa)&lt;br /&gt;25 ml de suco de limão ou de vinagre de maçã (½ limão ou uma colher de sopa) &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modo de preparo:&lt;br /&gt;Esquente a panela, coloque o morango picado, o açúcar, o suco de limão e a pimenta picada finamente. Cozinhe por aproximadamente 15 minutos ou até que a geléia esteja espessa. Deixe esfriar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dica do Chef:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A geléia pode ser um ótimo acompanhamento para carnes  defumadas nas refeições, ou para queijos, crostines, torradas e tapiocas em coquetéis. A primeira aconteceu no sábado à noite e contou com a presença dos casais Jalusa e Daniel Galant, e Pietra e Luis Floriano de Azevedo. A segunda foi realizada no domingo, voltada para profissionais da área de gastronomia, na qual estiveram presentes o Chef Felippe Sica, Eduardo Bilhalba, Jean Frizzo e Neal Waterspoom.&lt;br /&gt;Aos convidados foi oferecido um menu degustação, contando com oito serviços. Entre os pratos mais elogiados estão o mix de folhas com língua defumada, o risoto de camarão com gergelim negro, o risoto de javali com miscelânea, e a paçoca de carne de sol acompanhada de pirão de queijo, molho campanha e feijão fradinho.
